We will not be responding to any emails/messages/calls on the day of the event. All RPP/ Sugar Rush staff will be busy preparing for our Royal Guests’ arrival! Please read this information through to be fully prepared for this magical event.
Refunds/credits are not available for Royal Promise Productions / Sugar Rush Event Tickets. By purchasing a ticket, the food and supplies have been purchased, prepared and designated to your ticket to account for the correct # of Guests attending. Your ticket is not refundable because the food/supplies purchased to accommodate your ticket cannot be returned/refunded/credited to a different event.
Upstate NY in December is no stranger to snowy weather! Please monitor the weather and plan accordingly for travel (leave yourself time for shoveling the driveway or driving slower). Our Cast Members travel from all over the state with varying weather conditions and we take that into consideration. In the event of a Severe National Weather Service Warning with forecaster confidence of over 80%, or if a State of Emergency is declared with no unnecessary travel by the governor we will contact all Guests via email regarding the event status and potential for refunds.
‘Tis the season for sickness! We cannot issue any refunds/credits due to illness because the food/supplies purchased to accommodate your ticket cannot be returned/refunded/credited. If someone in your party is feeling under the weather and will no longer be attending, please send us an email; we will respond in 1-3 business days with options for the Guest(s) to still experience a magical holiday moment. If someone in your party is feeling under the weather but will still be attending, we ask that you use your best judgment and mask-up if necessary to protect our performers and other Guests. We would hate for a warm hug to turn into a nasty cold!
In the event you need to sell your ticket we suggest posting to social media and dropping us a note to let us know you are looking to sell in case we have a wait list. As a courtesy, If we have a wait list we will provide you with the contact info of the potential buyer. Once you receive payment please send us a message with the new attendees name so we can edit the guest list.
We offer private cookie and cupcake decorating classes for groups of 4 or more . Please reach out to us through our Contact Us link or through facebook to book your event!
Private events may be booked weekdays and weekends.
*We require a minimum of 4 seats booked.
We are able to accommodate up to 16 decorators at this time.
Private events include everything you will need to decorate 4 cookies or 4 cupcakes along with set up , instruction, and clean up .
Classes run approximately 2 hours and at the end of class we provide you with a box to transport your creations home.
Outside food and drink are welcome. Alcohol is permitted provided all attendees are 21+
Standard Private Cookie and Cupcake Decorating Classes are $45 per person.
*Platter , bouquet, and classes hosted by a 3rd party vary in price.
We set up a shareable link for you so that everyone can purchase their own tickets if desired.
Tickets are available until 48 hours of your event.
*classes include designs using up to 4 colors of icing.
~ Private events are available for ages 6+
Classes cancelled or rescheduled less that 1 week in advance will be subject to a perishable supplies fee.
* Total charge for a standard private class is $180 if less than 4 guests.
*All seats must be paid in advance.
As an edible art studio, we are committed to both food safety and the safety of our guests.
There is on street parking in front of the shop and across the street . It is on a first come basis.
There is additional free parking in the Camillus Municipal lot behind our building.
Sugar Rush cannot control the availability of parking in the lot or on the street.
Cancellation and Inclement Weather
In the event of a weather emergency such as snow and ice that creates a hazardous driving situation for our guests or our staff , Sugar Rush Boutique may cancel scheduled classes/parties at the discretion of the party host and will offer a refund in equal value of pre-paid amount.
Party Host may reschedule based on availability with no further liability to Sugar Rush Boutique. No guarantees are made as to the immediate availability for rescheduling.
For IMPENDING hazardous weather situations , the Party Host may voluntarily choose to cancel prior to 24 hours of the party start time and reschedule at a later date without forfeit of deposit. No guarantees are made as to the immediate availability for rescheduling.
For party reservations kept as scheduled during hazardous weather conditions: Your reservation will commence and conclude at the scheduled time. We cannot delay start time for late arrivals. No reduction will be made from the party balance as stated on the invoice due to guest cancellations or no-shows as a result of inclement weather.
In the event of an emergency cancellation by Sugar Rush Boutique for any reason other than weather, not limited to but including , mechanical failures, unexpected illness or personal tragedy, Party Host / Ticket holder will receive a full refund of ticket/deposit.
Party hosts have the option to reschedule within 1 year at a 15% discount with no further liability to Sugar Rush Boutique.
We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and electronic payments through Square and Venmo.
There will be a $50.00 fee for returned checks.
