Royal Icing Recipe
- 1- 2lb bag confectioners sugar.
- 5 Tablespoons meringue powder
- 1 cup room temperature water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add Water and meringue powder to mixing bowl.
- With a whisk, mix water and meringue powder until frothy.
- Add confectioners sugar .
- Mix on med-high for 4 minutes
- Add water to bring to consistency.
Sugar Cookie Recipe
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 lg. egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat together sugar, butter, cream cheese, egg yolk, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add flour, mix completely.
- Chill 8+ hours before rolling
- Bake at 375F - 10 minutes
